Who is Dale Carnegie Queensland?
Dale Carnegie Queensland is the Queensland franchise of Dale Carnegie Training, operated by William Farmer and Associates Pty Ltd and led by Managing Director William Farmer. We deliver public programs in Brisbane, in-house corporate training across Queensland and live online training in leadership, communication, presentations, sales and customer service.

William has been involved with Dale Carnegie since his early twenties. He found his calling with the New Zealand franchise in 1997 and has been part of Dale Carnegie Australia since 2013. Across 35 years he has worked with more than 35,000 people, and he is certified to deliver every Dale Carnegie program.
Today William works closely with CEOs, business owners and general managers who want to move their organisations to a new level using the most powerful tool they have: their people. He also designs customised programs for corporate clients and delivers programs created specifically for school students and young adults.
